Weighting Comforts Whitelist Instructions

Most Email Service Providers probably use some type of spam filter. With this, sometimes you miss out on important emails from Weighting Comforts. We would love it if you could take the time to add us to your contacts, address book or trusted sender list.

Below, we have made it really easy to make sure you get emails from Weighting Comforts. Just click on the name of your email service provider from the list below and it'll take you through the easy steps to add us!

Add to Your Contact or Address List

Contact or Address List



To make sure that you will get our all of our emails, you have to add Weighting Comforts to your Contacts List.

When you receive an email from us at Weighting Comforts, you will see the sender info on the top left hand side. Look all the way over to the right hand side and you will see the date the email was sent and a reply arrow (see picture below):

In your Gmail web browser, click on the dropdown button that you see next to the reply arrow button (being clicked by an aqua arrow in the picture). You will see this dropdown menu below:

Click "Add Weighting Comforts to Contact List" by hovering your mouse over the option and clicking. Once you have selected to add Weighting Comforts to your contacts list, you will see this pop up right above the email:

To make sure you click your Contacts List to verify Weighting Comforts was added (see below):

You should see Weighting Comforts in your contacts list now!

 To make sure Weighting Comforts is not showing up in your Spam Folder, report Weighting Comforts as "Not Spam".

1. Go to your Spam Folder

2. Click on a Weighting Comforts email and Open the email

3. Click "Not Spam" at the top of the opened email (see picture below):

Gmail Tabs

If you are using Gmail Tabs to organize all of your inbox messages, all you need to do is click the "Promotions" tab (see below where aqua arrow is hovering in picture), find "Weighting Comforts," drag and drop the email over from the "Promotions" tabs to your "Inbox" tab.

You will then see a message similar to the picture below, make sure to click "Yes" for the question "Would you like to do this for the rest of support@weightingcomforts.com?"

AOL Mail

To make sure that our emails get delivered to your AOL Inbox, you must add "support@weightingcomforts.com" to your Address Book.

If you find Weighting Comforts in your Spam Folder, open the latest email from Weighting Comforts and click "Not Spam" in the Inbox toolbar.

  1. Open the email from Weighting Comforts
  2. Click the "show details" link next to Weighting Comforts in the From field.
  3. Move your mouse over or tap support@weightingcomforts.com to show the menu.
  4. Click or tap "Add contact" in the menu displayed.
  5. Add Weighting Comforts to the name fields
  6. Click "Add contact"

If you are using AOL web mail, you can easily reply to any email sent from Weighting Comforts, and AOL will add as a contact.

Yahoo Mail

If you are having issues receiving emails, below are two ways to fix this issue:

  1. Use the "Not Spam" button in your Bulk folder.
  2. Create a filter to automatically send email from certain Domains to your Inbox. This is the only way to really ensure delivery.

Report as "Not Spam"

  1. Check your Yahoo! Bulk folder
  2. If you see the email from Weighting Comforts, open the email and click or tap the "Not Spam" button on the toolbar.
  3. This helps most of the time for emails to be delivered, but it doesn't work all the time.

Create a Filter To Ensure Delivery

  1. Move your mouse over or tap the "Gear" icon in the top right navigation bar.
  2. Select "Settings" from the drop down list.
  3. Choose "Filters" located on the left side of the page.
  4. Click the "Add" button on the Filters page.
  5. Create a name such as "Whitelist" or "Weighting Comforts" in the "Filter name" field.
  6. In the "From" field leave the default "contains" selected.
  7. Enter our email address support@weightingcomforts.com in the text box next to "Contains..."
  8. Choose the destination folder to which you would like the message delivered. "Inbox" would be the best suggestion.
  9. Click or tap "Save..."
  10. Next you will see Deliver to "Inbox" if from contains "Weighting Comforts"
  11. Click or tap "Save" on this screen.
  12. You will be returned to your Yahoo! Inbox.

Outlook.com (Web Browser only)

(Was previously called "Hotmail," "Live," "Windows Live," and "MSN")

In the new Outlook.com, you must click the "Wait it's Safe" link if you find Weighting Comfort emails mis-identified as spam.

Adding the email contact (Weighting Comforts) into your address or contacts list no longer whitelists the sender by putting it in the Junk or Spam folder.

To ensure messages from specific email addresses are not sent to your Junk Email folder, you can do one of two things:

  1. Check the "Junk" folder if you do not see the Weighting Comforts email in your Inbox:
  2. Open the email from Weighting Comforts
  3. Click the "Wait it's Safe" link and mark as "Wait it's Safe" (see picture below)


Adding Weighting Comforts to Safe List Manually

  1. Click the gear icon on the top right.
  2. Select "Options" in the drop down list.
  3. On the "Options" page under "Preventing junk email" click "Safe and blocked senders"
  4. Click the link "Safe senders" on the next page
  5. Enter the email address support@weightingcomforts.com in the text box.
  6. Click "Add to list"
  7. Weighting Comforts will now be added to your list of "Safe senders"
  8. Emails added to your "Safe senders" will not be delivered by mistake to your "Junk" folder.

If you are having issues with receiving our emails with Earthlink, there are two different actions you can take to fix the problem:

  1. Check "Suspect Email" folder
  2. Add to your address book

    Earthlink has a feature called "SpamBlocker," and if you have it turned on Earthlink filters through all your emails and will automatically send all suspect emails to your Suspect Email Folder if the email is not added in your contacts or address list.

    Suspect Email Folder

    1. While in the "Suspect Email" folder, if you see Weighting Comforts
    2. Select the "Move to Inbox and Add Contact" option from the pull down menu
    3. This will add support@weightingcomforts.com to your Address Book for future email delivery

      Address Book Inclusion

      1. Open the most recent email from Weighting Comforts you see
      2. Click "Add to Address Book" in the email header
      3. Use the "Address Book Editor" to verify Weighting Comforts contact details and click "save"
      4. Fill in support@weightingcomforts.com as the email address of the sender
      5. Any mail sent with the same Domain (right of the @ sign) will now be delivered to your Inbox. Any emails you receive that has the same domain name (namehere@DOMAIN.com) will be filtered into your inbox

        1. Open the email message from Weighting Comforts
        2. Click on the "Save Address" link next to the "from Address" (Weighting Comforts)
        3. Check the "Add to Contacts" box and click "save"

        1. Open the most recent email from Weighting Comforts
        2. Click on the button at the top left of the email that says "Add to Address Book"
        3. That will open your edit contact screen
        4. Click "Save"

        Outlook (Desktop Application)

        To add Weighting Comforts to your list of "Safe senders" on Outlook:
        1. Right click your email in your Inbox email list pane.
        2. On the menu displayed move your mouse over or tap "Junk"
        3. Click or tap on "Never block sender" in the menu that rolls out
        4. The resulting popup will say:
        "The sender of the selected message has been added to your Safe Senders List." Click "OK"

        To add sender to address book:

        1. Open the email
        2. Right click on the from address
        3. Choose "Add to contacts" option

        1. Click the "Address Book" button
        2. Make sure the "Personal Address Book" is highlighted
        3. Click the "New Card" button. This will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address and Other
        4. Under the Contact tab, copy and paste the "From" address, support@weightingcomforts.com into the email dialogue box
        5. Click "OK"

        iCloud (iOS/Apple)

        iCloud automatically sorts most junk mail that is sent to your @icloud.com account. 

        iCloud deletes junk mail located in the Junk Folder automatically after 30 days. Make sure to check the folder periodically to make sure that our emails aren't being sent to junk by mistake.

        To indicate that an email message from Weighting Comforts isn’t junk:

        1. Click the Junk folder in the sidebar
        2. Select my email message, then click the "Not Junk" button in the top right of the message window

          The message is moved to your Inbox. All email messages from Weighting Comforts will no longer automatically marked as junk.

          Norton Antivirus

          This problem may happen if support@weightingcomforts.com is accidentally added to the Blocked List.

          To remove the support@weightingcomforts.com from the Blocked List:

          1. Start your Norton product
          2. Click Settings
          3. Depending on your Norton product, do one of the following:

            For Norton 360:

              1. In the Settings window, under Detailed Settings, click AntiSpam
              2. On the Filter tab, next to Blocked List, click Configure

              For Norton Internet Security:

                1. In the Settings window, on the Network tab, click Message Protection
                2. Under AntiSpam, next to Blocked List, click Configure
                • In the Blocked List window, select the item that you want to remove, and then click "Remove"
                • Click "Apply," and then click "OK"
                • If you do not find support@weightingcomforts.com in the Blocked list, go to next step

                To add support@weightingcomforts.com to the Allowed List:

                1. Start your Norton product
                2. Click Settings
                3. Depending on your Norton product, do one of the following:

                  For Norton 360:

                    1. In the Settings window, under Detailed Settings, click AntiSpam
                    2. On the Filter tab, next to Allowed List, click Configure

                    For Norton Internet Security:

                      1. In the Settings window, on the Network tab, click Message Protection
                      2. Under AntiSpam, next to Allowed List, click Configure
                      3. In the Allowed List window, click "Add"
                      4. In the "Add Email Address" window, from the Address Type drop-down, select the address type
                      5. Add support@weightingcomforts.com, and then click "OK"
                      6. In the Allowed List window, click "Apply" and then click "OK"

                      McAfee Security

                      1. In order to add the friends to whitelist, open McAfee software and click on 'Web & Email Protection"
                      2. Click on "Anti-Spam"

                      Here, you can change the level of spam protection level you wish to have on your email as well as change any additional settings.

                      1. Click on "Friends list"
                      2. Add support@weightingcomforts.com to your "Friends List" so that every email afterward will be in your inbox.

                      Barracuda Net

                      Barracuda Spam Firewall uses many different systems and processes to filter emails into your inbox, spam/junk, etc. Sometimes, it will mark an email as spam. There are two ways to fix this issue so that support@weightingcomforts.com will no longer show up in the spam folder.

                      Whitelist Senders that were in Spam

                      1. Open your email (whichever domain client you might use). There, you should see regular emails from Barracuda that gives you a general summary of all your messages that were filtered into your spam folder. Open the most recent email from Barracuda.
                      2. Locate the email from Weighting Comforts and the sender email address support@weightingcomforts.com. Click on the word "Whitelist," which is in green print to the right of the email title. This will open your list in a web browser.
                        • Click/check the box that is on the left hand side of the Weighting Comforts email that you would like to whitelist. Click "Whitelist." Barracuda will no longer send these emails to your spam folder.

                      Whitelist Senders

                      1. Open your web browser. Navigate to your company's Barracuda firewall homepage
                      2. Click on the "Block/Accept" tab
                      3. Choose "Sender Domain Block/Accept." Enter the Domain name from Weighting Comforts to whitelist. (This allows for all emails from Weighting Comforts to filter to your inbox)
                      4. It will ask you if you want to add a comment to remind yourself why you allowed Weighting Comforts. Click "Add"
                      5. Click on the "Email Sender Block/Accept" tab. Enter the email address "support@weightingcomforts.com"
                      6. Optional comment if you would like to include one, and then click "Add." Barracuda will no longer block emails from Weighting Comforts.

                        Trend Micro

                        Trend Micro has an Anti-Spam Toolbar that detects spam by looking for set keywords in the subject line or the body of the email. Sometimes, it will detect emails you want in your inbox as spam. 

                        To make sure that this doesn't happen, there are two steps you can take in order to make sure that you will see emails from Weighting Comforts.

                        1. Add Weighting Comforts to the list of Approved Senders
                        2. Decrease the Spam Email Filter Strength

                          Note: Instead of adding Weighting Comforts you can also click on the email marked as spam and then click "Not Spam." That will report to Trend Micro for future spam filtering, however, the best way to correct your mis-marked spam is to follow the steps above.

                          Add Weighting Comforts to the list of Approved Senders

                          1. Open Outlook or Outlook Express
                          2. Click the Spam Mail folder then select the first email you see from Weighting Comforts
                          3. Click "Approve Sender" on the toolbar
                          4. Click "Yes" with the confirmation message appears to add Weighting Comforts to your approved senders list

                            Decrease the Spam Filter Strength

                            1. Open Outlook or Outlook Express
                            2. Click "Trend Micro Anti-Spam" then click "Settings"
                            3. On the Spam Filter tab, move the slider bar to select a lower filter strength
                            4. Click "OK" to save your settings

                              Spam Assassin

                              1. Add the following entry to your "user_prefs" file, which is found in the .spamassassin subdirectory on your web/mail server
                              2. Whitelist_from support@weightingcomforts.com
                              3. Click "save" for the user_prefs file or move the updated copy to your .spamassassin subdirectory

                              2. Open your @SaneLater folder
                              3. If you find an email from Weighting Comforts or an email from support@weightingcomforts.com in @SaneLater, drag the email to your inbox folder

                              Other Spam Filters


                              Highlight the email from Weighting Comforts with the email address support@weightingcomforts.com to Whitelist

                              Click "More" in the SPAMfighter Toolbar and select "Whitelist"

                              You can choose if you want to Whitelist the email address support@weightingcomforts.com or the whole Weighting Comforts domain (after the @ symbol in all emails).

                              Follow these steps to make sure Weighting Comforts (and other email domain names) are in your contacts:

                              1. Click "More" in the SPAMfighter toolbar.
                              2. Then "Options"
                              3. Then "Filter settings"
                              4. Then "Blacklists & Whitelists"
                              5. Then "Whitelist email address"
                              6. Then "Import"
                              7. Select your 'Address Book' and click on "Check all"
                              8. Click "Add"
                              9. Click "Apply"

                                If you get a pop-up box offering you to upgrade to SPAMfighter Pro it is because you have exceeded the limit of 100 email addresses. You can fix this by buying the SPAMfighter Pro or by deleting some of the addresses in your Black/White list. If you want delete addresses:

                                1. Click More" in the SPAMfighter toolbar.
                                2. Then "Options"
                                3. Then "Filter settings"
                                4. Then "Blacklists & Whitelists"

                                  Cloudmark SpamNet

                                  1. Select Cloudmark | Options from the Cloudmark SpamNet toolbar in Outlook
                                  2. Click "Advanced"
                                  3. Go to the Whitelist tab
                                  4. Click the "Add" button
                                  5. Type: support@weightingcomforts.com
                                  6. Click "OK"
                                  7. Click "OK"
                                  8. Click "Yes"
                                  9. Click "OK"

                                    Mail Washer

                                    1. Click "Tools," then "Blacklist & Friends"
                                    2. Click "Add" on the right, the "Friends list" side
                                    3. Make sure Plain email address is selected
                                    4. Type: support@weightingcomforts.com
                                    5. Click "OK"
                                    6. Click "OK"


                                      1. Open ChoiceMail
                                      2. Click on the "Senders" tab
                                      3. Choose "Approve another Sender"
                                      4. Type in support@weightingcomforts.com
                                      5. Click "OK"

                                      Spam Sleuth

                                      1. Select "File," then "Configure"
                                      2. Go to the Friends category
                                      3. Make sure "Active" is checked
                                      4. Type: support@weightingcomforts.com on a line by itself in the entry field
                                      5. Click "OK"
