Which weight is right for me?

If you are an individual hoping to use the blanket to sleep with, the ideal blanket weight is about 10% of your body weight. If you are in between sizes, we recommend selecting the lower of the two weights. We hear that people who are unhappy with the weight they select are often unhappy due to the weight being too heavy rather than not heavy enough. See the chart by clicking here.

Are your blankets machine washable?

Our blankets are machine washable. We recommend setting your dryer to tumble dry low. If you have an older machine, add a few towels to even out the weight.

If you are worried that your machine cannot handle the weight of the blanket, we suggest taking the blanket to a local laundromat as they are likely to have industrial size machines designed for heavy loads.

Do you have a queen or king sized blanket?

No. Our blankets are made for individuals, not beds. With larger blankets, the weight is wasted on the bed, instead of the individual receiving the benefit. The size of our blankets also allows them to be easier to handle.

What are the blankets filled with?

The pellets used in our blankets are made from a PVC compound produced using FDA-approved, non-hazardous materials. The product, if in contact with skin, is non-irritating. No effect is expected if ingested by humans or animals. This product burns when exposed to temperatures greater than 600°F.

How long does it take to receive a blanket?

Most orders for in-stock blankets are fulfilled within 2-3 business days, plus 2-7 days shipping time via FedEx or UPS ground.

What Blanket Weight Should I Buy?

If you're new to weighted blankets, we recommend that you choose the lightest weight available of the style you prefer. If after looking at this size chart you find yourself between two weights, we recommend you choose the lighter of the two.
